Product Information

Of course! Online shopping can be difficult and occasionally your measurements can fall between sizes. We can help you no matter what your sizing question may be. First we'd recommended checking out our Size Guide and Recommender. If you're still not sure, submit your measurements through our contact form as well as the item(s) you’re interested in and we can advise!

We don't currently have a store. One day hopefully!

Our core styles will be restocked regularly, whereas season styles won't. To stay updated, enter your email on the out of stock form on the product page in question. 

Each product has an inside label with detailed care instructions. Please follow these specific instructions as they are tailored to each individual piece and will ensure the piece’s longevity.

For most of our products made from organic cotton, the washing instructions are straightforward: wash with like colors in cold water and tumble dry on low, or air dry. 

Order Information

Simply select an item you'd like to order; choose colour, size and quantity and add to your shopping cart. If your desired colour, size or quantity is unavailable it will most probably be out of stock. Once items have been selected for order, follow the checkout process to complete the order.

We need 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. Orders placed after 10:00 pm GMT on Friday or over the weekend, will ship on the next working day.

We deliver worldwide! At the Cart stage, you can enter your shipping address for an estimate. We do not cover international duties - these duties can be paid on arrival.

We are happy to offer a full refund as long as the product is returned to us in a new, unworn condition with the original packaging within 14 days. 

Please allow 5-20 business days for your return to process. Returns are credited to the same card or PayPal account used to make your purchase. We’ll send you an email when we have processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

A return form is included with every package along with a packing slip and returns label. If you no longer have these items, please contact us by emailing yoga@soweflow.com.

To submit a return, please follow the directions below:

1. Circle what you’re sending back on the packing slip

2. Place the item(s), return form and packing slip in a secure postage bag or box

3. Stick the enclosed returns label on the package

4. Head to the post office, pay for your return and post

If your product was received damaged due to shipping or manufacturing, please call or email us for assistance.

We don't offer an exchange service. Instead, If you wish to exchange something in your order please place a new order online for the replacement item, then return what you don’t want to keep as outlined above in our returns policy. Put your new order number in the box provided on the returns form, and post it back. We do not refund postage for exchanges.

Our pricing policy is to offer So We Flow... products at the same price to all customers, wherever they live. The tax rules are such that we have to pay VAT on all purchases made within the EC (except for certain tax free areas e.g. Jersey, Andorra etc). So to areas where tax applies, we charge the price displayed and pay the relevant tax to the UK government. Where VAT does not apply we still charge the displayed amount. We have taken this decision to encourage European e-commerce and to make sure that the additional costs in trading with non-European community countries are covered. Unfortunately, as a result of this policy, we are not able to refund VAT charged for any of the tax free areas within the EC as we do not charge VAT to these areas. But you will not be charged any more than any other customer.
